I know how much all of you love to help!  The first thing many of you did when walking into the classroom was to check the helper chart.  How much do you help at home?  This would be a great time to find more ways to help.  Here are pictures of a couple of our classmates helping at home.

It is a fun activity for the family as well as good practice for writing the letters X and O.

I added pictures to help the children remember the words.

With each chapter we have a story about a girl named Kelly.  Here is a Kelly story called

“Wait for Wiggles”.

After watching the video, I would like the parents to read and discuss the poem on page 97 to their child. Then have the children color the eggs and flowers on page 98.
