Seesaw App on Kindles
We have been leaning many of the different ways we can use the SeesawApp on our Kindles. Here the students are using cubes to represent the doubles facts. They took a picture with their Kindles. Then the students able to write the addition equation on top of the picture. They did a fantastic job!!
God’s Beautiful Creatures
We have been studying God’s being the creator the last few weeks.
On the playground we have been seeing a lot of God’s beautiful creations!!

Praying Mantises
We have seen several praying mantises this week. Mr. James showed us one that was a brownish camouflage color. At recess on Friday we saw 2. One student found one climbing up a tree. It looked green and brown.

A Fox and a Kit
This week the children read A Fox and a Kit. The story talks about some of the things you might see wild foxes do if you go to the zoo. The children used a pattern to make the fox and then had to add the kit themselves.
The Big Blue Ox
We read the story The Big Blue Ox. In this story, the ox liked to help Mom and Pop. The children had to finish my sentence starter and illustrate it.
