This is a form of freeze tag. If students was tagged by the tagger with pool noodle, they would be frozen (stuck in the mud). They had to put their ball by their feet. Another student could unfreeze them. To do this the other student passes them a ball. If they catch it, they kick their ball to the person unfreezing them and they may start running again. This game works on passing and kicking.

The Spelling Training website allows you to enter your child’s spelling list and then allows them to play games to practice. Some games are word recognition and others require spelling by typing the word. You can explore the games and see which ones work best for your child.

The children had to cut out 6 pieces of mail and deliver them. They had to pay attention to the number and and the street name. Only a few pieces of mail ended up at the wrong address.
I read this book to the class. It discusses how we need to celebrate our differences.
Then we completed a directed drawing of a hot air balloon and they painted it with water colors.
Last, I asked them to pick one adjectives that describes themself.
