Experimenting with Magnets

One of our science lessons this week was about magnets.  The chapter’s vocabulary included attract, repel, and pole.  The children each had a turn to use magnet wands to feel how strong the push and pull are when trying to put the poles together.  Then they were given a wand to experiment with everyday objects to see which ones are attracted to a magnet and record their findings.
