What’s in my egg?

     Today we completed the What’s in my egg? homework activity.  The assignment included putting an object in a plastic egg, and then writing 3 clues about it.

     The children took turns reading their 3 clues to the class. The rest of the class wrote down what they thought was in each egg by the clues that were given.

Then, I reread the clues for each person.  They were allowed to choose up to 3 people to guess what was in their egg.  Afterwards, they took out the object to show the class.  A few of them were really tricky!
