Counting and 10 Frames
We have been working on number recognition and counting. For each new number, I have showed the children what that number looks like in a ten frame. Today we played a new game with a pumpkin tray 10 frame, counters and a die. The children had to roll the die, recognize the number, and add that many to the ten frame. The first child to fill the 10 frame was the winner.
