The children have been practicing counting and tens and ones, and creating them with ten rods and one cubes. So, I thought they would like this game. They are given popsicle sticks with dots on them. One side has ten and the other side has one. They hold all the sticks in their hand and then drop them on the floor. Then, they sort them by tens and ones and write the number. Their partner would check them to make sure they wrote e the correct number and then they would change jobs.
